Booking Policy

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all alopecia travel appointments. This ensures your appointment time is reserved and your service is properly prepared in advance.

Travel Fees

All travel appointments include a travel fee based on distance from my location. Exact pricing will be provided during the booking process.

Out-of-Town & Out-of-State Clients

For clients located outside the local area:

  • Transportation expenses (flight or mileage) must be covered

  • Hotel accommodations may be required depending on travel distance

  • All travel arrangements must be confirmed prior to booking

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment date.

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations will require a new deposit to secure a future appointment.
